Do Völkl racquets come pre-strung?
Most of our performance frames are sold unstrung to allow players to customize their string tension and type. However, select recreational models come pre-strung with high-quality Völkl synthetic gut.
What is your return policy for tennis gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that high-performance racquets cannot be returned once the plastic wrap on the handle has been removed or the racquet has been strung.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your equipment leaves our warehouse.
Does Völkl offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, all Völkl racquets are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, string breakage, or damage caused by racquet abuse.
