At Völkl Tennis, we are committed to your performance on the court and offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that rackets must have the plastic wrap intact on the handle and strings must be unplayed to qualify for a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Völkl equipment in its original shipping box, ensuring that all tags and protective materials are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
